Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Kindly give at least 24 hours notice if you cannot keep your scheduled phone appointment. Clients who do not give at least 24 hours notice or do not answer their phone at their scheduled time (essentially “no showing”) will be charged a missed appointment fee equal to 50% of the fee that would have been incurred for their appointment time. All appointment times are based on EST time zone. Dr. Erin respects your time and asks for the same in return.
